Welcome to Live Engineer - specialised audio courses, workshops and training days specifically tailored toward the art/science of live sound engineering.
The main difference between my training and other courses is that I limit the places to 4 persons, and you will be leaning to mix with a live professional band as part of the course structure.
All live sound engineer training is practical by nature. Courses take place in a professional venue, using quality PA systems, and live bands.
Tuition topics include:
Sound system set-up and placement
Health and safety issues
System Equalisation
Stage layouts
Microphone placement
Mixing FOH and monitors (on a real band)
